Returns & Refunds

At Anabolic Multiverse, we are a small independent apparel brand operating with limited production volumes and competitive pricing. To keep our products affordable and continue creating unique designs for our community, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Preference regarding fit, style, or color

• Accidental orders

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We provide detailed size guides for all apparel products, and our sizing follows standard North American apparel sizing used by most major clothing brands. It is the customer's responsibility to review the size guide and select the appropriate size before placing an order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

• You receive the wrong item

• Your item arrives severely damaged

• Your item contains a significant manufacturing defect

To submit a claim, please email anabolicmultiverse@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Anabolic Multiverse reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or no compensation will be offered based on the circumstances.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Limited edition or discontinued products

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Special-order products

• Personal care products

• Perishable goods

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Procedure (Authorized Exceptions Only)

In rare situations where Anabolic Multiverse authorizes a return, the customer must:

1. Securely package the item.

2. Bring the package to their nearest Canada Post location.

3. Ship the package to:

Unless otherwise approved by Anabolic Multiverse, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Any original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

As a general policy, we do not offer exchanges.

If an exchange is exceptionally approved by Anabolic Multiverse, the customer may be required to return the original item at their own expense before a replacement item is shipped.

The fastest way to obtain a different product is generally to place a new order, subject to product availability.

Refund Evaluation

If a return or refund request is exceptionally approved, the returned item must first be received and inspected by Anabolic Multiverse.

Once the inspection has been completed, we will notify you whether your request has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Additional processing times may apply depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact anabolicmultiverse@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, customers residing in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the merchandise without providing a reason.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• With all tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The customer remains responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
