How to use your gym perks

Attach your Gym Perk to your Anabolic Multiverse Shaker and consume water, pre-workout, protein, or any approved supplement from it to activate its effects.
You may equip one Recovery Perk, one Performance Perk, and one Mindset Perk at the same time. Additional Perks will remain inactive until a slot becomes available.
Every citizen of the Anabolic Multiverse begins with the Regular Version of a Gym Perk. To unlock the more powerful Pro Version, you must complete the challenges associated with that Perk. Pro Perks provide enhanced bonuses, greater effects, and increased bragging rights throughout the Multiverse.
Choose your loadout wisely. The strongest warriors aren't the ones with the most Perks—they're the ones who know when to use them.

  • GROWTH PROTOCOLE PERK

    When equipped, this effect activates :
    Doubles muscle recovery during sleep. 
    How to get the Pro Perk : Sleep a minimum 8 hours for 31 days streak 
    Pro perk's upgrade : Your minimum time of sleep required to have benefits is now 4 hours instead of 7 hours

    When equipped, this effect activates :
